Academy Training Centers is a strategic program designed to take the recreational and classic level player to a higher level of competence. The ATCs focus on improving the competitive player's technical ability, tactical awareness, and physical fitness. Individual programs are designed to challenge every player and enhance their overall performance.
An introductory ATC program designed for players age 8-11 will focus on skill development and improving an overall understanding of the game.
An overview of the Introductory ATCs includes:
* Foot skills
* Passing
* Dribbling
* Shooting
* Juggling
* Trapping
* Small sided games
An advanced ATC program for players age 12-13 incorporates Speed-Agility-and Quickness concepts and challenges the player to meet their highest level of performance.
An overview of advanced ATCs includes:
* Circuit Training
* Plyometrics
* Ball control under pressure
* Escape moves
* Lateral and Linear movement
* Hurdles and ladder work
* Small sided offensive and defensive drills

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays May 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29
U9-11 girls and boys 5.30-6.30pm
U12 girls and boys 6.30-7.30
U13-14 girls and boys 7.30-8.30pm
Cost: $185 per child
Bring: Soccer ball, water bottle, shin guards, and sunscreen daily
